Trainer Taylor is a man of merit. He is a professional that goes above and beyond the typical and is both devoted and focused on his clients needs. He is exceptionally knowledgeable of techniques, form, quality, and nutrition to help his clients achieve their goals. He is very personable and he makes working out a fun task instead of a daily chore. He challenges any negative, limiting self-talk and motivates and challenges his clients to be the best that they can be in a safe and therapeutic environment. For me, he may have started out as my trainer, but he will always be a dear friend and mentor for me for the rest of my life.

My knees where shot. I could not walk with out severe pain. I was gaining weight rapidly and I was depressed about my body steady state of deterioration. I was desperate and I knew I needed help.I walked into the gym looking for a trainer, and I was introduced to Taylor.

The first few session were very challenging for me, I couldn’t do one “girl” push up . I couldn’t bend my knees in certain positions. Taylor never seemed impatient with me or my bodies inability to do certain movements. Taylor was patient, encouraging but firm. He didn’t let me make any excuses and only focused on what I could do.

He told me what to eat and how much. He advised me to give up sugar – the cause of my inflammation. Because I was in a tremendous amount pain, I did what he suggested. I figured I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

After a few weeks, I began to see changes in my body. My energy level improved drastically. My physical strength was improving. My knees stopped hurting completely. I could walk pain free. Somewhere along the way, I learned to make fitness my top priority. I no longer eat sugar or drink sugar-sweetened beverages.

Over the past 9 months, I have lost 35lbs. I have gained muscle. My body is firmer, stronger and much more flexible. I have shrunk 4 dress sizes and lost over 25 inches across my body.

I attribute much of my success to Taylor who possesses the unique combination of skilled trainer, a vast knowledge of nutrition, physiology and mindfulness practice that can guarantee success for anyone that has the desire to be fit.

Taylor is truly an excellent trainer. Whatever your goal is - he is dedicated to helping you achieve it. Trainer Taylor works with the whole person (mentally, emotionally, physically). When I came to Taylor, I was tired, weak and gaining weight I did not want to gain.

All my life I had been extremely active but as I grew to my current age I seemed to slow down and didn't know why or what to do to regain any vigor or energy. Taylor eliminated all this with his stress-reduction training methods and nutritional expertise. He changed my diet, encouraged me to actually follow it as a lifestyle and trained me for agility and strength as well as cardiovascular training. Today, a mere 6 months later, I am rejuvenated, stronger and feeling happier about who I am and where I am going. I attribute this to Taylor's guidance as my professional personal trainer.

I am in better shape than I was in college, 23 years ago. I am active again and maintaining it through intense cardio and weight training as well as nutrition and diet. I highly recommend Taylor to anyone with fitness issues that slow them down and cost them precious moments of inactivity due to having poor fitness and dietary habits. Thanks Taylor! I won the Biggest Losers Contest at work. It was a national contest involving a lot of people, but with your expert training, motivating and guiding me I won by a huge margin. I think it was something like 17.2%. Thanks again. I also won the large pot of money being wagered!

I also feel great! I have lost over 37 pounds in less than 9 weeks over 15 inches off my waist, thighs, arms and I feel healthier, stronger and lighter. I have an upcoming wedding and I will be a bridesmaid. I can't wait till the final fitting.

Before training I was squeezing into a size 12....now I am down to a size 8...my goal is a size 6. I know you'll get me there.

I'm also going to do a 5k in less than 5 months and I feel very sure that you'll make sure I am ready to perform at my best.

Taylor has been the perfect personal trainer for me. I have been with him for 7 months. Before this I had never worked out in my life and grew to over 200 pounds of fat and flab.

When I came to Taylor through a referral of a friend he instantly made me feel confident that, together, we would accomplish my weight loss goal, come what may. At first it was achallenge but with his motivating and inspiring guidance he helped me overcome all my initial resistances and make progress, fast.

He is the first trainer I have seen who helps his clients by building all the small muscles which support the large muscle groups before beginning to lift heavier. He has encouraged me to add an aerobic component to my routine which has always been a problem for me. I am continue to be astonished and surprised at the depth of his knowledge and expertise in the diverse areas of diet and nutrition, weight training, yoga, sports rehabilitation and overall fitness and health. I am also continually impressed with the breadth of techniques he uses to help his clients (me) reach their golas, fast.

Taylor, if I ever win the lottery I am gonna hire you full-time and pay you enough to travel with me and train me wherever I go.

Seriously, I thought I was really working hard and pushing myself. I was not getting anywhere and since I started working with you I have lost a ton of weight, and size. I feel stronger, better and look forward to each session with you.

I am getting the results I really want. You really know your stuff and I plan on staying focused until I reach my goals of, as you say "optimum health and wellness."

Taylor is a great group instructor, but where he's helped me the most is as a personal trainer. He helped me understand about endurance, proper stretching, posture and flexibility, and Taylor pushed me with creative and interesting workouts that helped me in my endurance running. Taylor really loves what he does, he keeps it interesting, he listens and offers suggestions, and on top of it all he did the workouts with me which made it even more fun. Whether we were at the Boot Camp or even working out in the rain on a local hillside, we worked hard but we also laughed a lot and had a blast!

The other group participants are great too, it's a fun environment with a lot of laughing, joking, and mutual encouragement. I look forward to coming to Boot Camp 3 days a week to do fun workouts with these friends. There are all kinds of people who come to Boot Camp, at all levels of fitness, weight, age, etc.. It is a welcoming place and not an intimidating environment whatsoever. So no matter where you are starting from, if you are wanting to lose some weight, get in shape, train for some sport or activity, work on posture or flexibility or have problem body areas, need help with proper diet, or even if you just want to feel better about yourself and enjoy some time with a fun group of people, I would really suggest coming to a couple of introductory sessions to see if you like it. You will!

Yesterday my husband told me my legs looked like the legs of a trainer. I started boot camps with Trainer Taylor over a year ago as an overweight out of shape working mom. I attended for 6 months 3 times a week. Taylor and his staff gave me the base I needed to progress consistently. It's been over 1 year and I am down 5 clothing sizes and over 38 pounds. Exercise and clean eating is now a part of my life thanks to this program and Trainer Taylor's knowledgable guidance regarding nutrition, fitness and various training protocols. I was a customer with Taylor for 5 months. As I recall my first sessions, my body was in grave condition!
